About Us

Started back in 2021, EatVI was the brainchild of our Founder, Krystal Schouten. After recently relocating to the DMV, she along side her brother, Wilfred Schouten, saw that there was a lack of VI culinary identity in the area. This launched what was once considered a passion project based on her love of cooking into providing a culinary experience to Virgin Islanders living abroad and those who admire or are intrigued with a true, Virgin Islands culinary experience.
